Privacy

Filing Tracker has no accounts and asks for no personal details, except an email address if you send us feedback. The reports it lists are public company filings.

Visit counts

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, from which countries and devices, and which parts of the site they use, for example opening a PDF or using a filter. Google Analytics stores a cookie in your browser to recognise a returning visit. Advertising features are turned off. Google's own policy: how Google uses information from sites that use its services. To leave out all sites that use Google Analytics, Google offers a browser add-on.

Kept in your browser

Your filters and the companies you hide are saved in your own browser only. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes them.

Server logs

Like most websites, the server keeps a short log of requests, including IP addresses, to fix problems. It is not shared and is overwritten after a few weeks.

Feedback

The feedback form asks for your email address so we can reply. Your message and address are used only to answer you; the copy on the server is deleted after 30 days.
